Seasonal availability and regional supply may require us to substitute certain flower types or colours. Rest assured, any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the overall style, theme, and spirit of the original design
If recipient isn't home we will ensure the flowers are left in a safe and visible place with a water bag to keep the flowers fresh until they are received! If our couriers feel the residence is unsafe to enter they will leave a note for the recipient to collect the flowers from our store and the sender will be notified.
