Our classic Valentines bouquet is a beautiful mix of seasonal flowers that is made with love for Valentine’s Day.
Delivery & Substitution Information
We will aim to complete all deliveries by 3:00pm each day. While we always do our absolute best to deliver every order on time, Valentine’s Day is extremely busy and our team works hard to ensure every arrangement meets our quality standards.
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, a collection note will be left so the order can be collected from our store between 8:30am and 4:30pm. To protect the quality of our flowers, we do not leave them unattended in the heat, and we are unable to attempt re-delivery so that all other orders can be delivered on schedule. (Refer to our terms and conditions regarding uncollected orders)
Please note that seasonal flowers may vary depending on availability. However, red roses will never be substituted. Wrapping colours may occasionally change due to availability, but we will always select the closest possible alternative to maintain the look and style of your arrangement.
If recipient isn't home we will ensure the flowers are left in a safe and visible place with a water bag to keep the flowers fresh until they are received! If our couriers feel the residence is unsafe to enter they will leave a note for the recipient to collect the flowers from our store and the sender will be notified.
Each arrangement is carefully currated by our talented florists and every creation is unique. Please note that your arrangement\bouquet will not look exactly like the arrangment pictured and all flowers included are subject to availability.
